  1. IDProtect service is a personal identity theft protection service available to account owner(s) and their family. Family includes: Spouse, persons qualifying as domestic partner, children under 25 years of age and parent(s) who are residents of the same household. IDProtect benefits are available to joint account holders (unless otherwise noted). Benefits are not available to a “signer” or “beneficiary” of the account who is not an account owner. Service is not available to businesses and their employees, clubs and/or churches and their members, schools and their employees/students.
  2. Credit file monitoring may take several days to begin following activation.
  3. Credit Score is a Vantage Score 3.0 based on single credit bureau data. Third parties may use a different type of credit score to assess your creditworthiness.

  8. If you wish to name a beneficiary, please complete a beneficiary form. Otherwise, if there is no designated beneficiary on file, benefits will be paid according to the Master Policy. For questions regarding claims or your coverage, call 1-866-210-0361. Please keep a copy of this letter with your important insurance papers.
  9. The bank charges a fee of $29 for each overdraft. Overdrafts must be repaid within five business days. We do authorize and pay overdrafts for checks and other transactions made using your checking account number, certain ACH transactions and automatic bill payments. We do not authorize and pay overdrafts for ATM transactions and everyday debit card transactions unless you ask us to. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction.
