Internet Banking Security
Eagle Bank offers Internet Banking (NetTeller) to all existing account and loan customers. Your browser must have 128-bit encryption to use internet banking. NetTeller’s supported browsers include the three most current releases of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox, Safari (Apple/Mac users only) and Google Chrome. Customers of Eagle Bank must complete an application with name and account numbers they would like included with internet banking. This authorization must be signed by an account holder. Eagle Bank will verify the accounts listed are correct and the validity of the individual signing the application as an account holder. The NetTeller ID will be assigned to the customer and a letter is sent to the customer with their access information. The NetTeller system will automatically lock the account after 3 failed login attempts. Internet banking customers will need to contact a bank representative to get the account unlocked and reestablish the access information. Multifactor Authentication is in place with security questions to identify access. NetTeller ID’s that have not been utilized for greater than 90 days may be removed from the system at Eagle Bank’s discretion.
